You can download individual clips, the whole movie, or purchase a hard copy of the DVD and it will be sent to you by post.
You have seven days to download your clips/movie in the format or formats of your choice.
You can also view your clips/movie immediately using our state of the art streaming feature.
How do I find what I like? You can browse the contents of this site by going to the movies page and making your choice from there.
How do I purchase media? Once you choose the media you wish to purchase, simply click on the 'add to cart' link below and it will automatically be added to your shopping basket. You can proceed to the checkout at any time whereupon you will be asked to enter your details for payment. You will be asked to submit a username and password which you can use in future to retrieve your media.
If you are purchasing a DVD, this will be dispatched to you within 3 working days in plain packaging.
Furthermore, If you purchase a DVD, you also have the added bonus of being able to download the movie as well.
Can I just purchase one clip? You can purchase as much or as little as you please. Just click on the clip/clips of your choice and proceed to the checkout area.
How do I download or view my media? Once you have paid for your media you can go back to the movie pages and access your movies.
You will have the opportunity to view the clip via our on screen flash streaming facility or simply click on the file type of your choice to download.
How long have I got to access my media? You will have seven days from the time of purchase to access your media. You can download or stream your material as many times as you wish.
Can I see a list of my purchases? Yes, simply click on the 'my purchases link' at the top of the 'movies' page once you have logged in.
If I have problems with payment who should I contact? You should go to the support page and contact the billing company directly. There are a number of links there which will help you.
If I have problems receiving my DVD who should I contact? Go to the contact page and fill out the email form there. We will respond to any enquires as promptly as possible.
What do you do with my contact details? Payment details such as credit card numbers etc, are only processed by CC Bill not be us and we have no involvement with this part of the process. CC Bill are a highly respected and trusted payment processor.
